Free through 2027
Our launch partners pay nothing until at least the end of 2027. After that we may charge for the guests we send you — and if we do, you get 60 days’ notice. Your listing carries your name, your vibe, your hours and your spot on the map.
You set the hours
Tell us when you’re open and we will never book a date outside them. Shut on Mondays? Kitchen stops at ten? Closed for a private party on the 14th? Set it once and we work around it.

Every date on Place and Time happens at a real venue. That’s two covers — or four, for a double date — walking through your door with a reason to stay.
You can see what we count
From the first day, your dashboard shows how many guests we sent you this month and how many turned up. We count guests, never names. Nothing is charged today — but you should be able to check our arithmetic long before it could ever matter.
See what people want
Your dashboard shows how many people have added you to their list, when they’re free, and how that lines up with your hours. If half of them are free at seven on a Thursday and you close at six, you’ll see it.
Run an offer, if you like
A free dessert for anyone who stays for a second drink. Aimed at first dates, or double dates, or everyone — your call. It shows up once their date is booked, which is exactly when it can still change whether they turn up.
Honest feedback
People rate the place separately from the person. You see the ratings and the words, never who wrote them — which is the only way to get an honest answer.
How it works
- You tell us about your place. Name, type, neighbourhood, address, a photo of the room and your opening hours. It takes a few minutes in the app.
- We read it. A person checks every listing before it goes live — we don’t send anyone somewhere we haven’t looked at. If something needs changing, we’ll tell you what.
- People choose you. They add your spot to their list, match with someone who wants to go there too, and we propose a day and time that works for both of them — inside your hours.
- They arrive. You greet them and give them a table, the same as anyone else who walked in.
There’s nothing to install and nothing to connect to your till. Knowing who actually turned up is useful to us — it’s what stops someone being blamed for a no-show they didn’t commit — and how you do it is your choice: nothing at all, a printed code on the table, letting the guest’s phone confirm it’s at your address, or a rotating code on a screen at the bar. Nothing at all is the default and costs you no standing with us; it just means we never learn who arrived.
